Thus, at the very start of the process, we share a short, questionaire with each potential client to gauge a fair idea about the specifics of the holiday they aspire. Once they’ve responded to it, our team reaches out to them to delve deeper. This is where we discover not only your travel preferences, interests and inspirations, but also about your ultimate travel fantasies – so that we can create for you something truly momentous.
Once the destination is decided, we begin designing the travel story. We leverage our in-depth knowledge, our exclusive access to some of the most unique experiences to tantalise the traveler’s interest palate with a taste of the local culture, and our relationships with the locals to create a pitch that is immersive and tasteful, from which the clients can handpick elements that they feel fits their expectations best. With strokes of personalisation, we also dig into our personal travel experiences, research and feedback to serve only the most interesting elements for you.
Our team of highly passionate travel planners put in a lot of hard work to design a custom itinerary for you that aligns with your preferences and taste – and so, at this point, we request for a small deposit before we move forward and share the draft itinerary. Our clients are encouraged to alter or modify it the way they want- or even ask for something completely new.
When you’re happy and satisfied with our planning, give us a heads up and our travel designers shall make all your reservations and arrangements.
Once all the bookings have been confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation of your trip along with your full itinerary. Gear up, pack your bags and get going for your trip.
